A dentist's office.
Orchard Park is shifting to more professional offices with fewer restaurants. (Starbucks was replaced by an optometrist's shop.)
Whoever occupies the space, I hope they make that corner a success. The location and layout are great, I'm amazed the previous enterprises weren't successful and the space has been vacant for so long.

Whoa...Flat Iron Grill. I had forgotten that name. Wasn't it Peruvian or Portugese or something?! Of course I remember Timmy's, a dim booze cave with a semi-dreadful kitchen. Glad to hear that the space is getting an occupant. Thanks.
If you want to step into the "wayback machine" (with Mr. Peabody) - and stop in the late 80's you'd find this location was a Ruby Tuesday!
