Warren Huttmacher Quits??

From Facebook tonight

Did Warren quit during City Council and I just missed it??

A new city manager for Johns Creek was appointed tonight.
Warren A. Hutmacher will be Johns Creek's new city manager. Council members and mayor unanimously appointed him at tonight's meeting.
Hutmacher is currently the city manager for Dunwoody.
He begins his new duties in Johns Creek April 29.
He's a man of upstanding value, said council member Kelly Stewart.
